Rev. Dr. Werner Lange
veteran educator and retired pastor - who taught sociology at Muskingum University in Muskingum County and at regional campuses of Kent State University; served as pastor of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Tuscawaras County; and served as regional Peacemaking Enabler for Presbyterian churches in Columbiana and Mahoning Counties - was elected as a Bernie Sanders delegate to the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia and did all he could (along with Bernie's other 1,900 delegates) to make Sanders the nominee and therefore the President of the United States. For Democrats to win in 2018, mistakes of the past must not be repeated. It is imperative that the stances of Sanders and Our Revolution be adopted and supported at all levels. That way the struggle continues, and victory is certain.
